Since leaving active duty in the Marine Corps in 1992, Jerry has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate: construction, development and property management.  Working for Buchanan Enterprises, a developer and general contractor based out of Turlock, CA, with a proven track record since 1949 for developing projects throughout the state of California.

He served as its Vice President for the last 10 years and worked with partners, consultants, financial institutions, tenants, brokers and municipalities in every aspect of a development project.  This exposure to all aspects has given Jerry a unique perspective and vast experience in the commercial real estate and development business.

He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Stanislaus.  Currently, he sits on the board of the Salvation Army in Turlock and has been involved in the construction and development of the Corps Center in Turlock over the last 12 years.

He is active on several committees through the Turlock Chamber of Commerce as well as the Development Collaborative Advisory Committee through the City of Turlock.

Jerry enjoys traveling, golf, skiing, weight training and raising his 15 year old daughter Mallori.
