Rebecca began her real estate career in 1995 in the Bay Area for Shea Homes, a new home builder, where she learned the different facets of new home construction. Rebecca then applied her experience to selling single-family homes and building her real estate business. She quickly became known for her hard work, persistence, and knowledge of the market; which then created opportunities in Commercial Real Estate. Rebecca's tenacious work ethic, determination for excellence, and attentiveness to her clients' needs have served her well and won her many repeat clients.
Rebecca transitioned fully into Commercial Real Estate six years ago working under Brian Velthoen where she coordinated several land development projects and can navigate through the challenges that are required for a successful close. Her dedication and passion, which was exhibited in her residential activity, can be expected in her commercial business as well. She has built relationships with the city/ county planning, engineers, and architects and has proven to be a good resource for clients requiring land development projects.
She is currently pursuing her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation having completed the first course.
